Evelyne Noth studied at the University of St. Gall (lic. iur. HSG) und at the National University of Singapore (NUS) (LL.M. Corporate and Financial Services Law). In 2001, she gained admission to the Zurich bar, and in 2009, she was admitted as solicitor of the Senior Courts in England and Wales (currently not practising).

Before opening her own law office in April 2014, she worked as an attorney-at-law with Bär & Karrer from 2002 to 2003 and from 2004 to 2005 as foreign counsel with Herbert Smith LLP in Singapore. From 2005 to 2013, she worked as legal counsel in the legal department of UBS AG, Investment Bank.

Her main focus of practice inlude banking and capital markets law and construction and real estate law. Moreover, she regularly deals with further civil and public law areas such as contract law, employment law, commercial and corporate law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and art law. Evelyne Noth advises and represents parties as counsel and in litigation cases before court and authorities.

Her working languages are German and English.

She is a Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law.

Evelyne Noth is recognised knowledgeable representative of issuers of SIX Swiss Exchange.

Evelyne Noth is registered with the attorney's register of the Canton of Zurich. She is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association.
